Business cards, which are among the most widely used and most valuable forms of identification, are on the rise.
And now you can choose from the most profitable card brands, according to a new survey from the American Conservative.
Business card brands such as Target and Amazon are the best-selling business cards in the U.S. for the first time in at least 10 years, according the survey.
Target and Walmart were the top two card brands for the second straight year, according a new report from the National Association of Chain Credit Union Associations.
The National Association for Business Credit Union Survey found that American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover were among the top three card brands in the country.
Visa was second, and Mastercard third.
In the last five years, Target, Walmart and Costco were the three biggest card brands.
This is the first year in 10 years that American Airlines and United Airlines are both in the top five card brands according to the survey, which was conducted by the National Credit Union Administration.
Visa, Discover, American Express and United are also top five cards for the third straight year.
The new survey shows that the average consumer spends about $2,200 on business cards each year, which has increased by more than $300 from 2015 to 2016, according, according.
Business card brands have seen their share of the total U. S. retail market rise from 4.4 percent in 2015 to 7.5 percent in 2016, the report found.
The American Conservative surveyed consumers, business owners, retailers and retailers’ executives in February and March 2017 to gather information on the business card market and how card brands are performing.
The survey was conducted online and by phone by the American Center for Business and Economic Research.
The American Center is a nonprofit that advocates for better credit for American workers and business owners.
